$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$How I made $50000 a month.$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

This is the story of how I built my own eCommerce business in less than 2 years with absolutely no experience whatsoever. The fact that it's been two years isn't something you talk about when you're trying to start your first business, but I'm gonna tell you anyway.

Can anyone follow this process and make an online income?

Yes! You can.

I started by putting together a plan for my future (a financial planner) and working on getting things done for myself. Then I created a website and got some basic knowledge and skills up.

The next step was creating the blog / site, setting goals, learning SEO and social media marketing, etc. then creating a YouTube channel, uploading videos, growing my audience there and doing all kinds of stuff to grow my following.

Then I launched a Facebook Page for me and had many conversations with people and eventually decided to create an Instagram account as well. For example, this is the second page I've made which is still active almost two months later.

Now the biggest thing - I realized that if you want a business online, you have to do your research, create a vision/mission statement and figure out what you want to achieve in life while building a successful company online. After much self-reflection, I came up with the idea of becoming a Freelancer and starting my own Blogging and E commerce Website.

But after launching several companies online, only 1 made any profits yet. So I had a lot of questions and doubts. And they were:

Why did I even have those problems?

What does success mean for me? Why am I not making enough money already?

Where is the right place to start as a beginner or small business owner?

How much is too much, really? Is it possible to be an "average" person who makes money online? What are the chances and obstacles?

What's wrong with me? What can I do better to succeed?

I started by asking myself these questions:

Am I good enough as a businessman to do anything I set out to do? If so, what type of work should I offer? Are there ways to improve my performance in front of clients?

Am I satisfied with my results? Can I do anything else to increase my earnings? Or maybe I should reconsider my approach to business? That might help me answer those questions.

If everything seems fine, where can I go to find answers? Here's what I found out:

How could I learn more about other freelancers or bloggers who got to a level where they can make an annual passive income without breaking a sweat? I'd love to read their stories for inspiration, or even ask them to send some info. There's also plenty of free resources like this one on YouTube. Also check out our sister site Business Finance.com.

I went through dozens of different niches and niches where you can find people who want to build big businesses or sell products online. I've found quite a few opportunities. Many of them require experience and/or prior education/skills or whatever it would take to break into those markets. Some are high paying projects that don't involve actual coding. But these jobs usually require a large amount of upfront costs, time investment and hard work to become profitable. They can help you with confidence and build a steady flow of cash online.

I spent hours looking at multiple websites where people who offer consulting services sell courses, programs or software. One such list of sites is LinkedIn Learning Academy. It's highly recommended to sign up to their newsletter and check out their various projects. Another big industry of course creation is Skill share which helps lots of entrepreneurs out there to find freelance contractors or teach courses online. Finally, we have Udemy which has a wide variety and a huge market for teaching courses and selling digital products online.

If you aren't sure whether you can do what you want, here are four steps that will prepare and help you launch an online business.

1. Learn all aspects of writing (especially grammar and punctuation)

2. Have a strategy (and action plans to act upon it)

3. Invest in tools for improving the quality of your writing

4. Find the most interesting gigs that will allow you to monetize

I recommend using WordPress for your web design because you need to have control over each piece of content on your site. Then use a blogging platform and plugin like Yoast or Blue host depending on what platform you want to use. All 3 are great options because free and paid respectively.

You can also try WordPress, Medium or Tumble for blogging and other content creation. Even though these platforms cost money, they are very reliable and helpful. Plus it's pretty easy to manage them.

For your graphic design, you can create simple logos, use GIMP or Photoshop, choose a logo maker for Mac or PC, and use Pic Monkey to put together nice photos and videos for your portfolio. You can also always hire professional designers to work on any projects you need. In some cases, I've hired people directly and others have referred me to someone who did the same job.

Once you've developed a solid presence on several websites and blogs, you should continue to add more content to them. Post more frequently (daily, weekly, monthly) throughout the day and build links that will lead readers to your main site. Always pay attention to traffic to see how you can optimize them and keep users on your side.

You must always publish useful articles and blogs where you'll promote your service or product. You can share your views on relevant topics and keep your followers interested to learn about your experiences and opinions about topics you write about. Don't forget to add images and video materials and add relevant links along with your words that will ensure that people will remember your content and visit again.

It's important to stay updated with the latest development in technology. As a freelancer, you need to stay aware of trends and news that affect your niche. These changes might change your approach to work to improve your customer interaction. For example, mobile commerce has completely changed eCommerce by providing customers new buying options and purchasing habits. Therefore, constantly updating yourself with current happenings online might be instrumental in achieving financial freedom successfully.

While I think I could have gotten away without wasting lots of time on creating a proper schedule, I know I've achieved a lot for being able to provide clients with quality content and consistently delivering. With tons of feedback from happy clients, I've increased my earning potential and made some money from freelance services, courses, webinars, podcasts, whitepapers, etc. I have so far earned around 50000 dollars per month and have no intention of stopping now. My goal is to reach 10,000 annually when I end writing and designing content online.

Hopefully, I haven't missed anything so far.

Your turn. Do you know how you would earn money online in India or anywhere in the world? Share your ideas in the comments section below. Thank you!
